had my second session in accupuncture today. i was lucky that its my day off. session always makes me feel woozy afterwards. aside from the fact that its a bit painful and that needles really makes me turn and run. everything just to make my lower back pain go away. you need to hurt to take away the pain.

such a slow and rush free day for me. kind of invigorating. walking outside not worried about the time, seeing lush green trees, dragonflies flying about. little children walking about not worried about anything else. i stayed under one gazebo feeling the wind brush through my face. it just felt so nice and peaceful. one of the simple pleasures of life that i have seemed to have forgotten. i hope i get to have this often…
